Honey and Protein Curd
A protein dessert for our everyday life.
Ingredients:
150 g of fresh cottage cheese
1 scoop of neutral Quota Vita whey
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Toasted almonds or walnuts
Preparation:
Mix the cottage cheese with the whey until creamy.
Serve in bowls and add the honey and nuts on top.
If the curd is thick, add a little milk to soften it.
