How can you take it
- Add 30 g (1 serving) to your shaker.
- Add 200 to 300 ml of ice water, milk, or very cold plant-based drink.
- Shake for 10 to 15 seconds.
Ice water is the combination most similar to a classic horchata. Milk or a plant-based drink will give a thicker shake, closer to a creamy horchata. It also works in smoothies with frozen banana or in homemade ice creams.
