Catalan cream and horchata have always tasted like home to me. Protein powder, not so much. That's why, when I founded Quota Vita, I started with this flavor: a whey that doesn't taste like an "imported supplement" but like a Catalan dessert.

Whey Protein Catalan Cream flavor is a protein powder made with 80% protein, 100% derived from whey. Flavored with Catalan cream (cinnamon and lemon peel), without artificial colorings. We mix and package it in Catalonia.

How you can take it

1. Add 30 g (1 serving) to your shaker.
2. Add 200 to 300 ml of water, milk or your preferred plant-based drink.
3. Shake for 10 to 15 seconds.

Iced water gives the cleanest shake. Milk or plant-based drinks bring the taste closer to the original Catalan cream. It also works in yogurt with a little cinnamon, or in recipes (pancakes, banana smoothies, chia pudding).
